Self-Employed...what is self-employed?
By the word self in this term already define the meaning of self employed. Run business by oneself or working for themselves.
Below are advantages and disadvantages for self-employed.

The advantages for self-employed are:

• Flexible time or working hour (you can manage as you want)
• You are the boss ✌(◕‿-)✌
• Freedom of business management (your choice is yours)
• Develop or improve skills and networking

The disadvantages for self-employed are:

• No pension
• No paid holiday
• High risk and pressure
• No warranty for business 

This is some of the advantages and disadvantages for self-employed.  Sometimes its can be vice-versa if got supported or lack of motivation.
